Great question! VIP is an open-level community where everyone learns at their own pace.
As long as you can understand basic Egyptian Arabic, you're ready to join. Whether you're just starting to string sentences together or you're already having conversations, there's space for you here. You'll practice writing/speaking what you know at your own level and naturally level up over time.
The stories are simple but challenging, the audio is clear, and you can even slow it down to 0.25x or 0.5x for easier listening. The beauty of Comprehensible Input is that it meets you where you are.
You can't fall behind because we're all learning at our own pace!
You can download the worksheets and work on them whenever you want. There's no "keeping up" pressure here.
And when you join, we'll have a strategy call together where I'll help you figure out exactly what YOU need to focus on based on your goals and schedule.
Yes! We have one monthly live group class, but this is optional and not the core behind the community.
We vote on the timing every month so it works for most people, and the schedule changes based on what the community needs.
Plus, you get 1:1 live check-ins with me to create your personalized plan and track your progress along the way.
Here's the honest answer: you spend as much or as little time as you have.
But if you want my recommendation? 5-15 minutes per day (sending a text or voice message, listening to a worksheet, etc.) plus one focused study session (about 1 hour per week) to work on the worksheet and submit your answers.
